I just started weight watchers and was curious the percentage of people on it, as well as other programs. I chose weight watchers because you don’t have to limit yourself on what you can and can’t eat, as long as you keep track of the points you’re allowed each day.

im not on a weight loss program…because i believe that if you believe in yourself and try and remain active you can do it without paying someone to tell you what to do or a point system

My lifestyle was 276lbs in nov 06 and made program to fit my lifestyle was study all weight loss programs and this month am 240lbs.

The same foods but just in moderation and still lost about pounds in months and kept it years ago and still lost.

I am diabetic so no sugar and low fat. It really works a lot better than any other diet I have been on, and I have been on them all.
