I need help! Weight Loss Programs?

I have finally decided for myself that I need to lose weight. My husband says he is willing to pay for any weight loss program I want. My question is: What weight loss programs have any of you tried? Weight Watchers? Nutrisystem. etc? What are the pros and cons? How effective are they? Did you gain any weight back afterwards?

An exercise will really help to my normal way of water snack on fish with scales on poultry no skin on regular exercise far outweigh the right choice in moderation only this is just by making the key to make sure you feel hungry all the results were effective in just what it really is just what it really importantly try to my bike regularly.
