I just started weight watchers and was curious the percentage of people on it, as well as other programs. I chose weight watchers because you don’t have to limit yourself on what you can and can’t eat, as long as you keep track of the points you’re allowed each day.

*Please do note, I understand that dieting is not always good and there are ways to lose weight without going to a program.
