Hi, um I am 14 and I weigh 240 pounds and am heading towards 300 fast

I have tried constantly, I don’t have the will power

My family has tried as well and it didn’t work

I tell my self, okay, eat less, excersize I can do that, but then I eat and am still hungry so I tell my self a little more won’t hurt

I have seen a nutritionist and it worked, for a while and I had to give up

As for the program itself, I need to be able to get away from home and be with those who are going through the same problems and be with therapists and nutritionist who can help me

I don’t know if such a program exists, but it would be like a weight loss camp

only one problem, my parents and sibblings will not approve and we probably can’t afford it
